Ook in 2012 halen Dutch Academy of Esthetic Dentistry en Bohn Stafleu van Loghum drie internationale toppers in de esthetische tandheelkunde naar Nederland:

Tijdens een twee-daags congres op 23 en 24 november 2012 zullen zij hun kennis met u delen. Een unieke bijeenkomst die u als gewaardeerde collega niet mag missen!

NIEUW: extra hands-on training

Op donderdag 22 november 2012 heeft u de mogelijkheid om een ééndaagse hands-on training te volgen door één van de masters. Christian Coachman verzorgt voor tandtechnici een training over 'pink porcelain and composite' en Didier Dietschi verzorgt voor tandartsen een training over 'anterior and posterior esthetic restaurations'. Maximaal 30 deelnemers per training. U kunt de training ook volgen zonder naar het congres op 23 en 24 november 2012 te gaan.

Datum en locatie

Het congres Masters of Masters in Esthetic Dentistry 2012 vindt plaats op vrijdag 23 november en zaterdag 24 november 2012 in Hotels van Oranje in Noordwijk aan Zee. De hands-on training op donderdag 22 november 2012 vindt tevens in Hotels van Oranje plaats.

Kosten

De kosten voor deelname aan de 2-daagse congres bedragen € 1.295,- (incl. BTW) per persoon (inclusief koffie, thee, 2 x lunch, borrel, diner, overnachting en ontbijt). Zonder overnachting en ontbijt bedragen de kosten voor deelname € 1.165,- (incl. BTW) per persoon. Als lid van Dutch Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (DAED) ontvangt u een korting van € 100,- op de deelnamekosten.

De kosten voor deelname aan de 1-daagse hands-on training bedragen € 790,- (incl. BTW) per persoon (inclusief koffie, thee, lunch, borrel, diner, overnachting van 22 op 23 november 2012 en ontbijt). Zonder diner, overnachting en ontbijt bedragen de kosten voor deelname € 590,- (incl. BTW) per persoon.

Inschrijven

U kunt zich voor het congres en/of de hands-on training inschrijven via de knop "Inschrijven". Na inschrijving ontvangt u een bevestiging en separaat een factuur. Deze factuur wordt niet eerder dan 1 september 2012 verstuurd. Ongeveer twee weken voorafgaand aan het congres en/of de hands-on training ontvangt u verdere informatie. Deelnemers die niet meer geplaatst kunnen worden ontvangen bericht.

Verhinderd?

Annulering dient uitsluitend schriftelijk te gebeuren. Bij annulering tot en met vrijdag 9 november 2012 wordt € 200,- administratiekosten in rekening gebracht bij een boeking met overnachting(en) en € 80,- administratiekosten bij een boeking zonder overnachting. Bij annulering na vrijdag 9 november 2012 kunnen wij geen restitutie verlenen. Vervanging van de deelnemer is uiteraard altijd mogelijk.

Sprekers

Markus B. Hürzeler (DMD,PhD) received his dental degree from the University of Zurich, his certificate as a specialist in Periodontics from the Swiss Society of Periodontology, the Docent (Associate Professor) degree from the Department of Prosthodontics at Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany, and his certificate in Prosthodontics from the German Society of Prosthodontics. He is Clinical Associate Professor at the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg, Department of the Operative Dentistry and Periodontology and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas in Houston, Texas. Dr. Hürzeler has produced more than 100 scientific publications within the field of implants, periodontology and tissue regeneration and is a regular national and international lecturer. He maintains a private practice focused on periodontics and implant dentistry in Munich, Germany.

Dr. Diedier Dietschi received his degree in Dentistry in 1984, a Doctoral thesis in 1989, a PhD degree in 2003 and Privat-Docent degree in 2004 all from the University of Geneva. After maintaining various teaching and research positions at the University of Geneva, he is currently active as a senior lecturer at this university and is also associate Professor at Case Western University, in Cleveland (USA). Dr. Dietschi is in charge of anterior adhesive restorations and perio-implant surgery.

Dr. Christian Coachman graduated in Dental Technology in 1995  and in Dentistry at the University of São Paulo/Brazil in 2002.  He is a member of the Brazilian Academy  and Society of Esthetic Dentistry. Moreover, Dr. Coachman attended the Ceramic Specialization Program at the Ceramoart Training Centre, where he also became an instructor. In 2004, Dr. Coachman was invited by Dr. Goldstein, Garber, and Salama, of Team Atlanta, to become Head Ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for over 4 years. Dr. Coachman has been working with many leading dentists around the world as Dr Van Dooren (Belgium), Gurel (Turkey), Fradeani (Italy), Bichacho (Israel), Ricci (Italy) and Calamita (Brazil). Currently he is the scientific coordinator of the e-learning website www.identalclub.com and works as a consultant for Dental companies and offices developing products and implementing concepts and has lectured and published internationally in the fields of esthetic dentistry, dental photography, oral rehabilitation, dental ceramics and implants.

Accreditatie en deelnamecertificaat

Na afloop van het congres ontvangt u een certificaat van deelname op naam. Bij het KRT geregistreerde tandartsen ontvangen 9 KRT-punten voor het bijwonen van dit congres. De punten worden automatisch bijgeschreven in het register.
